FAFCC is now a Kroger Community Rewards Member!

 

Freedom Adult Foster Care has been providing care for special needs children and adults in our community for over 37 years, and you can help make it possible for us to continue to provide the caring services and quality of life our residents deserve.

 

The best part?  It will not cost you anything!  All we ask is that you register your Kroger Plus Savings Card with Kroger Community Rewards and pick Freedom Adult Foster Care (NPO# 62150) as your community reward partner, then keep on shopping as you normally do and your purchases will earn us points.  These points will then be turned into a cash donation, which then in turn will be used to directly benefit our residents by providing the funding that is so desperately needed.

 

To Enroll:  Please go to www.krogercommunityrewards.com

 

Click on "Create an Account" where you can either use your existing Kroger Plus Card to register, or you can create a Kroger Plus Card account using a PIN, like your telephone number.

 

Once the account has been created, and you are logged in, please click on the "Edit Kroger Community Rewards" and put either your Kroger Plus Card number or your PIN.

 

Enter the NPO number for Freedom Adult Foster Care:  62150

 

Select our organization from the list and then click on "Confirm"

 

To verify you are enrolled, you will see our orginizaion's name on the right side of your information page.

 

Remember:  Your purchases will not count for our community rewards until your Kroger Plus Card is registered!
